We are seeking an Engineer to oversee all facility and equipment operations, ensuring employee safety, production efficiency, and full OSHA compliance. This role carries direct responsibility for managing the Maintenance Department and driving equipment reliability across the plant.

Location: Jonesboro, AR.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 plus bonus.

REQUIREMENTS:
Maintenance Leadership (Primary Responsibility):
  • Lead and manage the Maintenance Department, including daily direction, troubleshooting support, and performance oversight.
  • Own the preventative maintenance (PM) program, ensuring schedules are followed, downtime is reduced, and equipment reliability improves.
  • Monitor machine performance, prioritize repairs, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

Project & Equipment Management:
  • Manage projects involving new machine installations, equipment upgrades, and major machine repairs.
  • Oversee building improvements, facility repairs, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Coordinate contractors and vendors as needed.

Safety & Compliance:
  • Partner with the Safety Team to complete plant‑wide safety improvement projects.
  • Manage selected safety initiatives, documentation, and compliance activities.
  • Ensure all equipment and facility operations meet OSHA and internal safety standards.

Supports Manufacturing Areas:
  • Safety, Light/Medium Duty Assembly, Welding, Stamping, Robotics, Pneumatics, Electronics, Laser Cutting.

Supports Facility Areas:
  • HVAC Systems, Air Compressors, Grease Systems, Lighting, Racking, Sewer Systems, Roofing, Environmental Systems.
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Associate degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Acrobat Reader preferred.
  • Experience with Kronos and/or Epicor software preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Work may be sedentary at times or require extensive walking throughout the facility.
